To wash our products, we recommend checking the care instructions on the inside tag to ensure proper care.
05 How are refunds processed?
Following a refund request, the package must be returned to us. Once it arrives and we have verified that the item is in the same condition it was sent, a refund will be issued.
06 What should I do if the product is wrong or arrives damaged or defective?
