01 How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.

02 Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship across Europe and worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination — check the details at checkout before placing your order.

03 How do I choose the right size?

Every product page includes a detailed size chart with exact measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up for a relaxed streetwear fit.

04 How should I care for my CAPSLOV products?

Follow the care instructions on the inside label of each garment. As a general rule: wash inside out, cold water, no tumble dry. Our fabrics are built to last — treat them right and they will.

05 What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Full details are available in our Return Policy section.

06 What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us at customer.service@capslov.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll sort it out — replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

07 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal. Every transaction is processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.

08 I forgot to apply my discount code.

No problem. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at customer.service@capslov.com with your order number and discount code — we'll apply it manually.

09 Is it safe to order on capslov.com?

Absolutely. Our store is powered by Wix, which provides SSL encryption on every page and processes all payments through PCI DSS-compliant, secure payment gateways. Your personal and payment data is fully protected.

10 Will sold-out items be restocked?
